Ill second this one.. Ill literally drive 30-45min to get there, Just so I don't have to wait in the lines anywhere else.

The one on west Flamingo rd is not bad.
It might be full, but it moves fairly fast.
I don't think I've ever been there longer than 30 minutes.

You are right... it was pretty fast... they have 30 counters
