NV insurance follows the vehicle so per chance you did wreck mine it would come out of my insurance. I'll still let you ride it, but the off chance something happens I'd prefer it be their bike instead of mine!

I understand Jimi, I do, and I don't blame you. I'm cautious with my toys too. I just found it amusing how you threw that out there. With your high powered experience you could check out their gixxer 1000 or their hayabusa.

BTW, it looks like they did have a 300 but it says sold, so their not gonna let me test ride something that someone has bought. They did have a Ducati at one point, but I'm not seeing it on their site.

Meh. I would like to ride the RC8 they have. I don't need to look at bikes though. I'm trying to talk myself out of buying a friends MV Agusta right now.

Why talk yourself out of it? Agustas are cool. Plus it's called window shopping, I have no intention on buying anything while I'm there. I've just never had the opportunity to ride anything other than what I have, which is pretty different than a gixxer 600, so I just wanna know how it feels. Same thing with any of the bikes there, they all ride different.

shit just for that reason id be scared to test ride a lot of the new bikes, and thats if they let you, new bikes + test drives + my luck = baddd

used bikes sure id test one of those all day, usually they have tires that are broken in and tried and true!

Carter only allows you to test new bikes on approved credit. Used bikes are fair game however.

DONT DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Been there, done that. What MV? I sold my Brutale back in march. Loved the bike bike, but GOOD RIDDANCE! Thing was a NIGHTMARE to maintain. I partially blame it for my current and seemingly future financial state! LOL.

The one your thinking about isnt by chance an orange/black brutale from a fella named David is it?

disregard, didnt see this. but having owned one, I have no reservations about helping talk you out of one.

at 24K you must be looking at a F4 Senna (or other similar limited edition) or perhaps a loaded 312R and im guessing pre 2010? I got to ride a 2008 F4 CC once. Talk about terrifying throwing your leg over a $130K bike! If your looking at a post 2010 your friend is ripping you off. They retailed for $18K and only one trim level with bolt-ons you could add but nothing that really increased the value unless you went with magnesium wheels and swinger.
