RE: stolen bike
Sorry to hear that your bike was stolen, add this to the several other dozen threads that I have read about bikes being stolen. Prevention is the key here. If you live in an apartment complex or condo, doesn't matter what neighborhood you're in or whether it's gated or not, those are hot spots for bikes in every city. I have been a career renter, and have lived in multiple apartments. I never rent a unit without a garage. Ideally get a unit with an attached garage. Obvious it's more expensive, but it's the best way to ensure something like this won't happen while you're at home.

Well. The next bike will be safer. Getting a garage at my complex.
No new updates on the ninja. Still gone and sleeping at someone else's house.Poo

RE: stolen bike
Hopefully your garage comes with a remote. Apartments with direct access garages are the best. Expensive, but well worth it in my opinion. I've also had a garage that was detached that was real close to my unit.

RE: stolen bike
If garage has remote, change the code. If you can't change the code see if you can put a padlock on it.

I might be to old to cut the mustard, but I can still lick the jar.

RE: stolen bike
Alright alright. So I am picking up a 2008 ninja zx6r today. She needs some love though. Most Likely a motor. Then a Lil of this and a Lil of that as things are discovered. Then a set of plastics are going on her, just because .
