Tell us what gets you in the mood for a spirited ride?

My favorites are either Black Sun Empire or Pendulum.

Think for yourself, question authority.

Dont listen to much on the streets. To distracting.. but on long rides I listen to just about everything...

I've been diggin' lots of house/techno.. Not usually my first choice in music, but love it on the bike. Makes me feel like I'm in Tron!

Not everybody DOESN'T do those things either!

But to answer the question, without a doubt the best riding music is Iron Maiden... although you have to be careful, since I also classify them as "speeding music." Run to the Hills comes on and all of a sudden you're going 15mph faster than you meant to.

RE: What's the best music for riding?
I need to chime in here for a sec....like they say for each his own....as for me.....I wont listen to music while I ride for several obvious reasons.

1 Cant hear emergency vehicles
2 Cant hear if your bike is making some strange noise that could toss you down the pavement.
3 Cant hear your friends talking to you while stopped...him yelling "YOUR KICKSTAND IS DOWN!"
4 Like someone else said it's a distraction

You can come up with more reasons ....but I like to ride as safe as possible.
