Tires are easy. Sometime during the week Im more than happy to help you out with you pick up the rubber, I can slap it on for ya. Not hard to DIY a tire if ya know what you are doing. I havent paid for tire mounting in YEARS. Im in the Summerlin area about 10 minutes north of Red Rock casino. I have helped many a member here with mounting tires.

Look forward to riding with you! I may have a good 180 rear you could borrow in the mean time. has a patch on it (on the inside) if you cool with that until you get new rubber if ya want it.

I lived in Aurora/East Denver for 6 years but I didn't get introduced to CSC until late 2011. Great group there though!

I'd certainly be willing to bring the bike to you to put the new buns on. I'd love to learn how to do it myself, I'm sure its not hard, I've just never trusted myself to try it without proper guidance. I hope to have the new tires ordered by Labor Day. I'm upgrading to Q2s from the stock Qualifiers so I will be mounting both front and rear (hopefully that doesn't make a difference). I will definitely keep you posted on my progress! Thanks very much for the offer!

CSC has some good folks - lots of drama though. So did you ever meet Timmy or Carrie... or sully? You should certainly know (or know of) Dana. Chris too although Im not sure hes still riding. maybe though.

Front and rears aren't a problem. All I ask, for payment, is a few cold micro brews of the amber variety. should take less than an hour from on the bike to back on the bike. Again, weekends are no good for me but weekdays are wide open until I find a damn job.

Let me know when that rubber comes in and we will get it done. It really isn't hard and no real special tools needed other than tire spoons and those are cheap. I have all that's needed tho including weights and such.

I don't know many of the CSC gang by their real names. I do know Carrie and Sully. Not sure who Timmy, Dana or Chris are. You're right about alot of drama, but it was easy to avoid. I ran mostly with JMetz, Madvlad and Grim (Josh, Damir and Sean).

As for payment for wrenchwork, name your poison and I'll gladly pick up a case for you! I work a regular 9-5 weekday gig, but I can leave early one day if needed. Whatever works best for you. I certainly appreciate your willingness to help me out!

A reason to ride? How about "its not raining"? Thumbsup

I heard Oatman was a cool little town that time forgot lol. If its a worthwhile ride, I'll put that on my to-do list as soon as I get my new tires on.

Carrie and I weren't on the best of terms when I left (if were keeping this PG). Sully seemed like a cool chick if you could get past the "Im a RAGING bitch all the time" thing. LOL. Timmy used to be one of the main fellas in the group and dana - well im sure you've met him, Devaclis on the forum. Chris was MetaLord 9 or something to that effect. Matty is good people too if you have ever met him.

Anyway, Look forward to riding with you sometime. We'll get the tires changed (I need to do mine at some point too) and break ya in proper on our rides. Were a super chill group that stresses safety (mind you that doesn't mean slow, just within your limits and proper gear and technique). Ride your own ride and have fun. That's the important part.

Send me a PM with your contact info and i'll shoot you mine back

Gonna do the 2nd annual "End of Daylight Savings Time Oatman Ride" Sunday 11/3/13. Keep an eye out for the post.

I might be to old to cut the mustard, but I can still lick the jar.

Oatman is pretty neat! I went a few times when I lived in Laughlin. The kids loved feeding the Donkeys. Crazy to see a donkey just mosey on up to you inside the gift shop.

Work Smarter, Not Harder. Cool
