5:30-6:00 at the latest right? Damn, cause if I do this I'll be pulling an all day-er surrounded by two all nighters, and I definitely need to be back by 6 for work. I don't know, I'm still iffy on this one.

Is the construction through the gorge still going on until 2015?
Do you know if it is currently south or north that is down to one lane?

or

Are you taking the bypass route there and back? or will you be lane splitting? Not real interested in splitting lanes with rigs and impatient drivers.

you mention dilly and dally, does that mean taking time and not rush?

If so I am interested.

Hey man, I'm not sure what way they plan on taking, but yes the gorge is still down to one lane. And we would never ask any one here to lane split or put yourself in any kind of danger. We are a safe group to ride with. We always have a lead rider and a sweeper, the sweeper is always the last guy in the pack, most likely Douggiefresh,he will go as slow as the slowest rider. So if you wanna walk your bike threw the gorge feel free! So there is no rush, you ride your own ride, you take your time, and ride to YOUR ability of riding. Never feel the urge to keep up, because none of us care how fast/slow you are. We all ride to because we love motorcycles.

Just went to Utah last weekend. Only a small section of the gorge is down to one lane in each direction. Maybe 2 miles of it total each way. Also parts of the I15 are one lane as well in each direction. Nothing major though. Just thought I would share with everyone.
