yall worry too much...
i have a little hand held GPS unit you could borrow if you wanted to run DV. Not sure the battery is holding too much but can wire up a quick cig lighter plug and remedy that. - Justin "You were taking it easy right? Anyone on android?
Load up the Google MAPS first and load in the route. Then in the search bar at the top type "OK MAPS" This will cache your current map and save it. So when you leave signal, you will still have your maps/info.. You can always write it down on a piece of paper. Paper doesn't require a signal or 3-4g
