Cop of the year
This dude is a tool, but the really shitty thing is that the department is protecting him (as should be expected) rather than siding with the public. If this dude is willing to do this, he's willing to do anything.

Lets just say he is lucky enough those bikers were feeling non-confrontational.. that cop would have been....how do you say....toast?

what is interesting in this article is how the reporter said that the department did not find any unlawful behavior by the cop when he asked about what punishment the officer would get...

..except that the motorcyclists were not actually breaking any laws either.

Last time i checked, if i go an randomly blast OC at people, that constitutes assault... and in this case, I would like about 30 or so accounts of it.

And even if the motorcyclists were breaking a law, blasting OC at someone on a moving motorcycle is suddenly being judge, jury and executioner for a minor violation of (and this is a stretch) failing to yield to a police officer, maybe.

I am 100% pro-police, but assholes like this need to no be cops...
