It runs perfectly and drill head moves flawlessly. It a six speed and the it just requires a small clamp as you can see in the picture and the plastic crank handle needs to be replaced. As far as condition it's has some dings and nicks on the too cover and some rust on the base but this thing is built like a tank. It a 15-20 year old craftsman model which was build a lot better than the stuff they produce now.
