WTF!!! Did the bike try to brake check the car or was he trying to coax him to race or something? Looks like
The driver did t even hit his brakes as he approached the bike. Funny thing is he was worries more about his car than the fallen rider.

and being that this is in Russia, after that driver checked his car, he WAS NOT going to check on the rider... likely he was going to finish him off.
