bikebandit is probably your best shot... or the stealership.
why would you need to replace rotors? I have seen 100K mile bikes with rotors that are still fine with lots'o life in em. Granted not race bikes though.

My rotors are wrapped pretty bad! I get a nice vibration under heavy braking. Also when the bike is up on stands and you free spin the tire you can see and hear where the rotors hitting.

ahhh, gotcha! my maggie suffers from the same but it also does not have cross drilled rotors.
A trick that worked for me (both bikes and cars) is if you stop hard on them, as soon as you are stopped, let off and roll forward (or backward a few inches so that hotspot under the pads get some air. Havent had a warped rotor since learning that on bikes or my truck.
under your racing conditions, it shouldn't really warp if you keep moving but im not a racer so what do I really know.
