So i'm out for this one.
I went out this morning and the construction is still going on, cones throughout and residual tar droppings all over the place plus a lot of scattered rocks.
The good news is the actual road is done and it's nice, but they are now doing black curbing, and that's why the lanes are coned off.
Oh well looks like i'll wait a bit longer.
