My new Suzuki GSX-S750 seems to feel every nuance of the road, which is translating to a lot of activity in the arms. Most other bikes I have ridden are not nearly as sensitive. I think the only adjustment is rebound. Any ideas? It only has 200 miles on it so it's also possible it will smooth out with more mileage.

I'm 210 (sadly 25 lbs overweight), and this is just riding down normal streets or freeway, nothing unusual. I rode my Forza today and the difference was significant, a much smoother ride.

Couple shops around here that will do suspension for you. Dyno tech is another, Racers edge...
The best thing to do would be to save up for a track day. Find a suspension tech, then get feed back while actually riding the bike after tuning and reporting back to the tech. A lot of track days do this but cost a little extra -20-60 bucks. But worth every penny.

I did finally think about checking it, but it was around 36 which should be correct. I dropped it down about 2 pounds to see if there is much difference. I might change the preload a few clicks in both directions just to see if I feel some difference. I'll be riding back and forth to work this week so I have some time to play with the settings. Thanks to everyone!
