And that is the difference between a champion and a contender. Josh chose slicks. Once the track started drying half way through the race, all the guys with rains had to put and switch out to slicks while Hayes worked his way to the front. Eslick and May have done a great job developing the EBR this year. They should be contending for more podiums next year. As for Blake, like I said, just too immature to carry the Suzuki flag. There are plenty of more deserving riders out there.
