Hi.

Its time to have the fork seals replaced but I dont have the knowledge and garage to do this. I already bought the seals and just need to get the oil (how much should I get and what type/brand?)

My bike is a : 07 Honda CBR600RR

How much would you charge me for this? I could help you if you need an extra hand. My budget is tight and cant afford a shop's fee. Please only contact me if you know what you are doing and have done this before and know the required torque, settings, etc etc for this job. THANKS!
Shoot me a pm and we can work it out...

Hey jr, you still need to do yours? LVBrokr does too so maybe we can make a thing of it. I work for peanuts compared to a shop. Have plenty of references here too.

Just FYI anyone can download the service manual and get the torque specs...

keep in mind that fork seals leak sometimes just from dirt/dust getting underneath them from not keeping your fork tubes clean.
a lot of times just cleaning them (your fork seals) will be fine and continue to work for a long time. seal savers do work great if this happens to be your issue, i've done it on more than one bike and you don't have to take the the forks off or apart.
