nah, fork seals arent too bad. They can be incredibly frustrating the first few times but once you figure out the method behind them and how they work and why they are designed the way they are, you will come to realize that they really arent too bad.

of course if you know you are not good with wrenching, you may want someone there to help, or like your original post, someone to do the work while you observe from the sidelines for the first time.

I only want help removing them. I'd like to take just the forks in if possible.
I'm trying my hand at wrenching more to learn some of this stuff.

And of course to be around other grease monkeys. Wink
