Hello everyone!
One of my best friends and her parents have just opened JB's SmokeHouse, located on 2210 S. Rainbow Blvd. in the parking lot of Red Rock Harley. They are currently offering 12 different styles of certified choice Colorado Angus beef jerky sourced from another local business, Larry's Meats. All flavors are carefully hand-marinated and smoked for hours on end, right in the back of the store. They will eventually be offering vegetarian options and more varieties of meat, like salmon, venison, pork, and buffalo.
