Hi all.

Just thought this forum could be the right place for me and my rides.

I have two extremely different bikes. A 2013 MV Agusta F4 and a 1974 Norton Commando. I enjoy both of these for what they are. The Norton has been a 3 year restoration and has all updated components, (hydraulic clutch, electronic gauges, alloys, Brembo, etc.) It has been reworked to the extreme. It still has a drum brake and kick start, right shift with 1 down, 3 up. It's old school with a twist. The MV Agusta is stock and will remain as such. No need to fuss with this beast. I picked it up brand new a few months ago and rode it back from central California over the Sierras and through Death Valley. Quite a ride on a new MV F4.
Just waiting for the heat to go away so I can enjoy these machines some more.

Very nice. I have always thought the MV F4 is THE SEXIEST bike out there right now. And that Norton.....looks fantastic!!!! You seem to be pretty handy with wrenches.

Welcome. Bunch of good guys on here. Safety first and always ride your own ride.

Tell us more about yourself. Where your from? How long you've been riding?

Lots of opportunities to ride once the heat settle. Hope to see you out there. Welcome again!!

RE: First post
Is that a silver gallardo??? I hate you, just so you know. Hehe

Another sucker that got sucked into buying a needy Italian bitch (The MV that is, and I can say that as I have, until recently, owned a 910S)

Great bikes tho. Absolutely a working piece of art! As much as I hated the neediness of my Monica, I did and still do love her. In fact I even check in with her new owner every now and then. Lol. Where did you pick it up? Only bigger place I can think of in Cali is ProItalia but that's in LA. I had my heart set on a 2009 312r for a while but that was a pipe dream at best. The square tips on the '10 didn't do much for me. The Brutale was certainly more my style anyway. Mine was a black on orange.

Anyway, welcome to the party! That norton is tits! Great bikes and you did a fabulous job on the resto.

I look forward to riding with ya sometime.

Also don't take much of anything I say seriously... I suffer from severe diarrhea of the mouth sometimes.

Cheers,
- J

The F4 is a sexy beast indeed! Thanks for the kind words.
I fly for Southwest and been riding for quite a while. Mostly on & off again.
Been in Vegas for about 6 years and don't miss the snow in the midwest.
Looking forward to some nice rides!
