Faulty gas cans from Walmart
If you bought a Blitz plastic gas can from Walmart, be careful...there is the possibility of them exploding

Well don't throw a match in them. Better start suing gas stations for not having anti static materials on premises

Won't be long before you will not be able to buy a gas can. Oh well, another product gone due to law suits.
I might be to old to cut the mustard, but I can still lick the jar. |

Never had a problem with them. Sometimes you have to be smarter than the average gas can. When they swell in the heat, I would leave the vent open

RE: Faulty gas cans from Walmart
there are no outer vents, its a smart vent system they have that is incorporated into the pouring nozzle. I am guessing whatever valve is on the inside that is supposed to release the fumes but never does. I ended up just leaving the top part a lil unscrewed...
