Hey guys trying to do a ride back tio my hometown cali and hit up angeles cresty hwy and azusa canyon. If more people decide to go we can stay at marriot hotel cause i get 30%-75% off. Trying to leave as early as possible on 3/6/14.

Have you checked Caltrans to see if Angels Crest Hwy is open. I was fairly sure that the close the gate at the top near Wrightwood for the winter season. I know I'm going to do that ride later in the year on a Sunday or Monday and buzz over to Mulholland too and drag Tomy just to redeem ourselves. Let me know what you find out if you would please.

Nice. I went to Azusa canyon so many times to mountain bike and hit the twisters on my ninja when I lived there. Hell even did some 4 wheelin.

If we for sure return on Friday then I could probably do it. Let me know. Also, r there any national or state parks that have a fee that we would be going through? Cause I am tight on money. And that's a variation on discount, is there a minimum number of people that have to go to use that discount?

It's not a park and there are no fees associated.

Uhmm it will probably be till saturday and no there are no fees. But this ride might be a possible maybe now due to the weather. Lol

Im still checking the hotel but its gonna be marriot. Looking from azusa, anaheim, long beach still. Price per night would be 40 a night. Still checking how the weather is though so ya.
