RE: American Superbike
it does not have ABS.

It is only a single brake up front though.

RE: American Superbike
^ That perimeter brake is purported to be awesome. He wouldn't build a racing bike with it if it wasn't.

The specs:
$18,995
185 HP @ 10,600
102 ft-lbs @ 8200
Compression ratio: 13.4:1
419lbs Wet (without fuel)
Lots of T/C
No ABS (however I have no doubts about that front brake.)
http://ultimatemotorcycling.com/2014-eri...-unveiled/ According to this it can get 52mpg freeway. Damn, indeed.

My opinion: It's EBR's answer to the Ducati 1199 Panigale, and while the Panigale has a greater HP number, it achieved that at the loss of most of it's bottom and mid-range torque. The 1190RX has 10 less horsepower, but makes up for it with "a masterpiece of a torque curve". Also the Panigale has a little more in the way of slipper clutch, ABS, etc..., but I don't care much for those things. The extra grand spent on the EBR over the base model Panigale will be made up for with the 20 extra mpg you get.

Oh yeah, hi guys! It's been a while.

Think for yourself, question authority.
